The renter should present a valid driver's License, Passport, or any Government id. Original id is needed. A Security deposit of 5k for short-term rent and 10k for long-term rent is required, refundable upon return of the vehicle. In case of an Accident, the participation fee will be shouldered by a renter and will also be charged with 1k per day while in the repair shop. In case there is a non-contact apprehension violation, the renter will shoulder the penalty if the violation occurs during the renter's rental hour. In case there is any minor accident case. the amount will be deducted from Security Deposit.
Driver license requirements
Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
