User Responsibilities: "1. International driving licenses are mandatory for foreigners. Security deposit is required start from 3,000,000 IDR " 2. Rental rates exclude motorbike accident insurance; customers are liable for damages or theft up to USD 100 or as per the agreed terms. The renter must cover 60% of the rental fee while the vehicle is being repaired. 3. Maximum rental duration is 24 hours; exceeding the boundary by more than 3 hours incurs an additional day's rental charge. 4. Customers are fully responsible for damages or theft if the motorbike is used off-road (e.g.,beach, field). 5. Customers are accountable for consequences arising from lending or giving the motorbike to others. 6. Driving the motorbike outside the island requires approval from the rental company. 7. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable. 8. No refund for unused petrol. 9. Lost key fine is IDR 700,000 10. Lost helmet fine varies from IDR 300,000 to 1,250,000 depending on the brand. Rental Requirements: 1. Provide one valid identification: e-visa/passport/national identity card. 2. E-visa should be in PDF format. 3. One valid identification for EASY INDO TRAVEL to hold during the rental period. Driver's Responsibility: 1. Age requirement: 18 to 71 years. 2. Drivers must have motorcycle riding experience 3. Staff reserves the right to cancel reservations if a driver is deemed unable to operate the motorbike smoothly. 4. Drivers and passengers must wear helmets while riding. Helmet Protection and Replacement: 1. Helmets must be worn every time during the ride. 2. Contact our Customer Service for helmet replacement in case of loss or damage. 3. Riding without a helmet is strictly prohibited. Driver's Document Requirements: 1. Drivers must possess a valid Driver's License. 2. Depending on nationality and location, an International Driver's License may be required. 3. Customers are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the validity of these documents. Motorbike Safety and Parking: 1. Ensure all motorbikes are locked when not in use. 2. Park only in designated areas and avoid parking on others' properties without permission. 3. After use, ensure the motorbike is turned off when parked to prevent a flat battery. Safety and Insurance: 1. Customers are advised to obtain travel and medical insurance. 2. Motorbikes are only allowed for use on roads and should not be taken to beaches or off road Booking and Return Process: 1. Booking and return must adhere to the agreed-upon times. 2. A 48-hour notice is required for extending the rental period. Motorbike Condition: 1. Motorbikes must be returned in the same condition as rented. 2. Customer Service must be informed of any damages or issues immediately upon discovery. Motorbike Type and Exchange: 1. Motorbikes are rented with a full tank and must be returned likewise. 2. Customers can switch to another motorbike within the first three hours of receiving the bike. Payment and Excess/Risk: 1. Payments are accepted only through specified methods (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal). 2. Compliance with the payment policy and deposit is mandatory. Delivery and Pickup: 1. Delivery and pickup times are indicative. 2. If a customer leaves the motorbike without presence, photos are required as evidence.
