Terms and Condition FUEL - renter should return the same amount of fuel upon departure of unit from the garage. *picture of fuel will be sent before delivery. RFID - renter is resposible for the load/reload of rfid. Load balance is consumable and not refundable. PULL OUT FEE - If renter wish to pull out the unit at the door step during return period, renter will pay ₱300. Renter can waive this fee if unit will be return on garage. INSURANCE - only covers 4 passenger for any accident happen. Excess passenger will not be covered. lndemntty - Regardless of insurance coverage, Renter shall fully indemnify the Owner for any loss, damage, and legal actions, Including reasonable attorney fees that Owner suffers due to Reckless use of Vehicle during the term of this Agreement including but not limited to, damage of the Vehicle, damage to the property of others, Injury to Renter, and injury to others. This provision survives the termination of this Agreement. (*minor damage - ₱3,500 per panel / Major Damage - cost may depend on the gravity of damages.) PROXIMITY/TIME - The Renter agree to follow the given proximity which is within (*destination). Failure to follow this agreement will result to penalty of PHP 2,000 or depend to proximity limit as written above. The renter agree to return the vehicle on the date and time written on the contract Failure to follow this will result to penalty of PHP 5,000 as inconvenience fee for the next scheduled renter. Please advise us (4) hours before the return time for any extension for us to not entertain any other renter. Renter Warranties - The Renter agrees that Renter will not (a) use the Vehicle as Public Utility Vehicle. (b) allow any other person to operale the Vehicle; (c) operate the Vehide in violation of any laws or bran ilegal purpose and that if Renter does, Renter is responsible for all associated, tickets, fines, and fees: (d) use the Vehicle to push or tow another vehicle; (e) use the Vehide for any race or competition; (f)operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
