Rental requirements

1. Duly accomplished JRACBY – Tacloban City form and a down payment of ₱500.00. NON-REFUNDABLE when you cancel the booking but you can opt for rebooking but subject to unit availability. 2. Upon vehicle return, fuel level must be on the same level during pick-up/drop-off. 3. We deliver and pick-up units. Delivery FEE may ne vary depending on the desired location. FREE pick-up locations are; Security Bank Rizal Branch, 1.5°c Café Tacloban City and Jake Car Rental Tacloban, Palo. 4. Unit return will be based on the booked time and/or the vehicle pick-up. Succeeding late hours will be charged of ₱150.00/hr, maximum of 4 hours only. Beyond the allocated extension hours, renter should pay the 1 full day. 5. In case of rental extension, the renter should pay the extension payment within 24hrs, however subject to unit availability. 6. Same location of pick-up/drop-off return. WE DON’T ALLOW ON INTER-ISLAND CROSSING. 7. The renter is held responsible for the safe keeping of the unit any major dents and scratches are subject for participation fee minimum of ₱2,500.00 per panel. In addition, daily rental fee for the Body and Paint Repair will be shouldered by the renter. Renter should immediately inform the owner once there’s acquired charge. 8. Carwash is required upon vehicle return but you can opt to pay ₱200.00 (small unit) and ₱250.00 (medium units). 9. Animal Fur, human vomit, cigarette smoke, foul smelling food (dried fish, durian) or any other external factor that could cause unusual smell should be subject to interior detailing paid by the renter. 10. 1 Primary ID (except TIN ID, Philhealth ID, PWD and SC ID) should be given upon vehicle pick-up/drop-off. 11. For self-drive rentals, a clear picture of the driver’s license of the person who will drive the vehicle is required to be sent through Messenger before the release of the vehicle. 12. The renter agrees to use the vehicle for lawful purposes only, not to sublease or allow unauthorized drivers, and to comply with all traffic laws. The renter shall be liable for any loss, damage, or traffic violation during the rental period. 13. A photo with the car will be taken during vehicle delivery for documentation and Facebook posting purposes, with the Lessee’s face blurred for privacy.
