1. Fuel Policy All vehicles are released with a full tank of fuel and must also be returned with a full tank. The renter must provide the fuel receipt upon surrender of the vehicle and keys. Fuel must be filled at the nearest gasoline station before return. 2. Vehicle Cleanliness All vehicles are released in clean and car washed condition. The renter is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition. If unable to have the vehicle car washed before return, the following cleaning fees shall apply: • Sedan – ₱300 • SUV / Van – ₱500 3. No Smoking Policy Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited as all units are family-friendly vehicles. A sanitation fee of ₱1,000 will be charged for any violation. 4. Delivery and Pick-Up Vehicle delivery and pick-up services are available; however, transportation expenses shall be shouldered by the renter. For safety purposes, delivery and pull-out services are only available until 10:00 PM, except for airport-related transactions and flights. 5. Vehicle and Tire Responsibility All vehicles, including tires, are turned over in good condition. Any tire damage incurred during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the renter. For safety purposes, renters are advised to check the tires thoroughly before driving to ensure they are properly inflated and roadworthy. 6. Reservation Fee and Security Deposit A reservation fee/security deposit is highly recommended to secure your booking schedule: • Sedan / SUV – ₱2,000 • Van – ₱3,000 This deposit is refundable subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Please note: • Cancellation of booking will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. • Change of mind cancellations are not tolerated as we value both parties’ time and effort. • Full payment must be settled upon receiving the vehicle. 7. Valid Facebook Account Requirement The renter must provide a legitimate personal Facebook account. Dummy or fake accounts are strictly prohibited. Renters are also required to add the rental service account for background checking and rental approval purposes. 8. Extension Policy Sudden or on-the-spot extensions are discouraged, especially if the vehicle already has a confirmed succeeding booking. Please ensure your rental duration before confirming your reservation. In cases of unauthorized extension, a penalty equivalent to double the daily rental rate shall apply. Management will inform the renter if the vehicle has a succeeding schedule. 9. Excess Hour Charges Late returns beyond the agreed rental time will incur an excess hour charge equivalent to 10% of the regular 24-hour rental rate per hour. 10. RFID Usage All vehicles are equipped with RFID accounts (Autosweep & Easytrip) with available balance for the renter’s convenience. Any amount used during the rental period shall be charged to the renter, plus a ₱20 service fee per RFID for reloading.
