Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Rules

1. strictly NO SMOKING policy inside the car , failure to follow will be penalized amounting 500.
2.must fuel same level upon return
3.car to be return clean (no garbage). if return dirty, car wash fee will be charged 250
4.pay new stains and odor found in or out of vehicle.
5. LESSE must contact the operator a head of time if extending our vehicle avoid penalties. An Extension fee will be charge 300 per hour.
6.NEVER service / alter parts without permissions from the operator / associates
7. Vehicle to be return to the specified location by time and date specified. There is no grace period on vehicle return . Any vehicle return after the indicated return time ill be charge to the renter at the maximum daily rate
8. No pets allowed
9. the rented vehicle should not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
10. must seek permission in writen form / agreement form, for inter -island trips outside Cebu Province and its nearby provinces. Any Violation found the LESSEE will pay the fine of php 8,000.00
LESSEE is fuly liable to pay all the shipment / or towing fees of the vehicle back to our garage at portville mactan barangay buaya lapu-lapu cebu
12. Delivery and pick up will be charge depending on the distance / location.
LESSE acknowledgement that all payments made are NON - REFUNDABLE . The cancellation fee is 1500.00
