Rental Terms and Conditions Driver Eligibility Only the renter and approved drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. All drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of two years. Use Restrictions The vehicle may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, delivery services, or any illegal activities. Any misuse or violation of use terms will void this agreement and any applicable insurance coverage. Vehicle Condition The vehicle will be delivered in good, roadworthy condition. The renter must notify the owner immediately of any mechanical issues. Any damage from negligence or misuse will be the renter’s responsibility. Accidents and Reporting In the event of an accident or damage, the renter must: Notify the owner immediately File a police report within 24 hours Provide all related documentation (photos, reports, insurance information) Fuel Policy The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at the start of the rental. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge. Indemnity Clause The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner from all claims, expenses, or liabilities arising out of the renter’s use of the vehicle.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
