Authorized Use (Prohibited) * ❌ Racing, drifting, speed testing * ❌ Off-road driving / rough terrain * ❌ Towing/hauling * ❌ Delivery, ride-sharing, or commercial use * ❌ Criminal or illegal activity 👉 Unauthorized use = termination + void insurance + renter liability 3. Renter Responsibilities * Responsible for the vehicle during rental * Return on time, in the same condition & fuel level * Pay all traffic violations, penalties, and towing * No unlisted drivers * Cover any damage (regardless of cause) * In case of loss/theft → pay market value 4. Accidents & Incident Reporting If an accident occurs: Notify the owner immediately, provide photos (with road background), submit the OR/CR, driver’s license & ID, insurance policy, and police report (⚠️ Failure = full renter liability) 5. Fuel Policy: Return with the same fuel level (refueling fee applies otherwise) 6. Rental Duration & Booking Policy * ₱5,000 deposit (refundable if no damage) * Minimum rental: 1 day (24 hrs) * Pick-up: 8 hours after booking * Late return: ₱200/hr * Over 5 hrs late = extra full day charge 7.
