1. VEHICLE INFORMATION The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter the following vehicle: Unit: __________________________________ Plate Number: ________________________________ 2. RENTAL PERIOD The rental period shall commence on ____________________ and shall end on ____________________. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. 3. RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENTS The Renter agrees to pay a rental fee of ₱____________ per day, for a total amount of ₱____________. No Security deposit. Non-refundable for excess load, gas and etc. 4. USE OF VEHICLE The vehicle shall be used for lawful purposes only. The Renter shall not: a. Allow unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle; b. Use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or towing; c. Operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances. 5. FUEL AND MAINTENANCE The vehicle shall be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Fuel costs during the rental period shall be borne by the Renter. 6. DAMAGES, LOSS, ACCIDENT AND LIABILITY The Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, traffic violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period, regardless of fault, except for normal wear and tear. In case of an accident, the Renter will shoulder all damages of the renter vehicle. 7. TERMINATION The Owner may terminate this Agreement without prior notice if the Renter violates any terms herein. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
