This includes but is not limited to: - Damage to the vehicle - Injury or harm to passengers, third parties, or property The renter assumes full responsibility during the entire rental period and agrees to cover all associated costs, including repairs, medical expenses, and legal liabilities. 7. Toll and Traffic Violation Policy All toll fees incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid in real time or settled in full upon return of the vehicle. The renter is also responsible for any traffic or parking violations during the rental period; a processing fee may be applied for handling such violations. 8. Maintenance and Repairs No repairs or modifications may be made by the renter without written consent from the owner.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
