Use of the Vehicle: a. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal or business use and not for any illegal activities or purposes. b. Have driver's license min. restriction of B or 2. c. Minimum security of 500pesos upon booking of the day. (Refundable upon return of the unit) Maintenance and Repairs: a. The Lessor will provide the vehicle in a roadworthy condition, and it is the Renter's responsibility to maintain the vehicle during the rental period. b. The Renter agrees to bear all expenses related to fuel, oil changes, and routine maintenance of the vehicle. The Renter will also be responsible for any repair costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or accidents during the rental period.

Note: Foreign driving licenses are valid in most countries including the Philippines for the next 90 days after arrival. After 90 days foreign driving license is required to be converted to the local standard. Remember that if you are planning a long trip!
