✅RENTER MUST BE AN ADULT. ✅WITH VALID NON-EXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE. ✅WITH VALID OFFICIAL GOV'T I.D (PASSPORT/NATIONAL ETC.) AND PROOF OF BILLING. ✅The ID/PROOF OF BILLING (address same as the driver's license) must be surrender to the owner upon pick-up for legal purposes and will be returned after rental. MUST READ: 📍RENTER/DRIVER is prohibited from letting anybody drive the unit and using the unit for practice driving. 📍DRIVER must drive the unit in designated/declared routes only. 📍MUST NOT loading the unit beyond its seating capacity. 📍RENTER takes the unit in full tank and newly car washed, therefore must return it in the same condition. In the event that the unit was not clean/wash, the RENTER agreed to pay the car wash fee of ₱300. 📍The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of RFID loads as it was received - P1000 each for AutoSweep and EasyTrip. 📍RENTER is allowed a limit mileage of 200 kilometers a day. Any excess thereafter, renter will pay ₱15.00/km, excess hours ₱250.00/hr. 📍If vehicle has been LOST/NABBED, or in any case that the renter cannot return the vehicle, the renter is RESPONSIBLE for the whole amount of the vehicle based on its selling value at the time of the incident. 📍The vehicle is for road use only and not for any events, endurance, rally, or any off-road conditions such as trails, river crossing, trekking or hiking. 📍RENTER must agree with the abovementioned terms and conditions and pay the total rental cost before the receipt and use of the vehicle. 📍In case of cancellation, the RENTER will NOT be refunded of the remaining unused hours/days considering that there were possible renters that we already declined. 📍RENTER pays the repair fee/insurance in case of accident and its rental fee daily for the delay until the unit is ready to operate. Any damages that is not covered by the insurance will be charged to RENTER. 📍RENTER agrees to deposit his/her driver’s license until he/she settled the full amount of the repair fee. 📍RENTER is prohibited from loading the unit with illegal elements like prohibited drugs, explosives, firearms, etc. Also, any elements that will cause foul odor like fish, durian, crab, shrimp etc., A charge of ₱2,000 for the matting removal and back to zero disinfectant. 📍RENTER is not liable to any claims or suit that arises in the event of any form of accidents that may happen involving the renter’s life and state or in cases of vehicular breakdown beyond its control. 📍OWNER has the right to cancel any transactions in the event of violation in any of the conditions above mention without any refund.

Driver license requirements

Foreign driving licenses are valid in the Philippines for up to 90 days after arrival. Beyond 90 days, you must convert your foreign license to a local one. Plan accordingly if your stay is longer than three months. It is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP).
