Intern Full Stack Engineer

Project Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern Full Stack Engineer to join the Book2Wheel development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a modern, enterprise-grade tech stack. You will work in an Nx Monorepo environment, contribute to Next.js frontend applications, and assist with NestJS backend services. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and learn how to build scalable and production-ready features using TypeScript, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key tasks and responsibilities

Develop and maintain UI components using React and Tailwind CSS.

Assist in writing, testing, and debugging server-side code in NestJS

Write unit tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability

Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices.

Help troubleshoot issues and fix bugs across the web application

Required qualifications and skills

JavaScript / TypeScript: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and basic TypeScript concepts (types, interfaces).

React: Familiarity with functional components and basic Hooks (useState, useEffect).

HTML & CSS: Good understanding of semantic HTML and CSS fundamentals

Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus but not required.

Git: Basic knowledge of version control (commit, push, pull).
